BWW1 Project has developed a set of resources, for current and future generations that show the impact of The First World War on Berkshire - the lives of our soldiers, impact of war on daily life, women's changing roles, refugee camps, caring for the wounded, and the impact of war on Berkshire. The project was run by Reading Central Library, Reading Borough Council and funded by Heritage Lottery Fund. It ended in February 2015.
